Several students from LCS took part in the TCS London mini marathon on Saturday 26th April. This was an opportunity to join in with the amazing atmosphere of the London marathon taking place the next day and to run one mile around St. James’ Park in Central London. The event was extremely well organised, and the children had a fantastic time. Miss Vivyan was near the finish line cheering them on, and they all completed it in excellent time. Kieran did particularly well finishing in the top 10 of the group. They each received a medal, and we will celebrate them in our whole school assembly on Friday. LCS are really proud of you, and we look forward to taking part again next year.
