The EYFS children enjoyed learning how to be safe on and near roads.
We pretended to be vehicles on the road, lollypop people and pedestrians using a zebra crossing. We learnt to say ‘Stop. Look. Listen’ before crossing a road and to always hold hands with our trusted adults. We also learnt that we should not play with balls near roads.
