Year 6 is studying local history. This week we were learning all about Frost Fairs on the Thames and were rather sad that they no longer happen. In order to soften this blow, we experienced some of the frost fair activities in our classroom by printing our own souvenir tickets and making our own warm gingerbread to eat. It tasted and smelled so good!
