The children of Year 1 have started to learn all about the Vikings.
Today we were focussing on the most famous Viking king of them all, King Canute. To help us get a better understanding of why he commanded the sea to go back, we acted it out. Canute was very smiley! His subjects told him he was brilliant, but Canute showed them who is the most powerful.
