Dismissal routines
At pick up times, pupils will be dismissed from their lessons or club. Please wait to receive your children at the bottom of the steps outside the school. If you are collecting your child outside dismissal times (e.g. during an after school club) please ring the buzzer. Please note that the road outside the school has regular vehicle traffic and we remind all parents to be extremely vigilant with their children here.
Alternative Collection Arrangements (ACA)
If you would like your child to be collected by another adult (including relatives or another school parent) on a regular basis, please give details and permission in writing to the school office which will apply for the year. From then on, you only need to inform the office that the authorised adult will be collecting on a given day. For ad hoc ACA, please make sure you submit the details using the form below, or email the office. Please note that the first time a new adult collects your child, they will need to make themselves known to the person on dismissal and must have photographic identification ready to be verified.
